Administrative Assistant

Diploma Program – 36 weeks
Get the essential skills for today’s medical office and hospital environment. Areas of study include basic anatomy & physiology, CPR, medical ethics & legal aspects, and medical billing.Upon completion of this program, you’ll have knowledge and proficiency in medical terminology, medical transcription, computerized medical billing/coding, data entry & recording, and interpersonal relations.

Massage Therapist/Holistic Health

 

Diploma Program – 39 weeks

Get the hands-on experience for professional massage in medical, health, and fitness. Areas of study include basic anatomy & physiology, as well as the effects of stress on health and performance, rehabilitation, and the legal & ethical aspects related to massage therapists.

Upon completion of this program, you’ll have proficiency in Swedish massage, Shiatsu/acupressure, sport and deep tissue massage, holistic health, Asian medicine, meditation, and knowledge of the health and fitness industry.

Associate Degree Program – 75 weeks
Get the front and back office skills for the medical clinic and hospital environments, and to work with physicians. Areas of study include basic anatomy & physiology, vital signs, CPR and first aid, medical ethics & legal aspects, health care administration, and patient care.Upon completion of this program,you’ll have knowledge and proficiency in medical terminology, wellness, administration of medication, medical office lab skills, EKG and human relations

Primary Technician

Diploma Program – 51 weeks
Associate Degree Program – 75 weeks
Get the hands-on experience and necessary skills to work in private and retail pharmacies, as well as clinics, hospitals and urgent care facilities. Areas of study include drug actions, therapeutic & side-effects, systemic and local effects, toxic and lethal dosages, pharmacology standards and ethics, and government regulations.Upon completion of this program, you’ll have knowledge and proficiency in medical terminology, abbreviations & symbols, transcribing prescriptions, identification of drugs, drug dosages, record keeping, and packaging & storage requirements.Career Planning and Placement Program• How to find an entry-level position in your field (search strategies)

Computer Administration Technology

Get the basic skills for computer software applications in a business setting. Areas of study include creating and maintaining electronic files and databases, basic accounting and bookkeeping, and operating a variety of electronic office equipment.

Upon completion of this program, you’ll have knowledge and proficiency in various Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook), email communication, electronic calendars, and office project management.

Network Systems Administration

Diploma Program: 60 weeks

Associate Degree Program: 84 weeks

Get the necessary skills and training for various hardware and peripheral systems. Areas of study include MS DOS and Windows operating systems, Cisco internetworking systems, current network infrastructure technology, troubleshooting, networking technology, and router/switching technology.

Upon completion of this program, you’ll have knowledge of network design (planning, managing, and troubleshooting), Web site and Intranet management, installation and administration of server operating systems, and internetworking protocol

Network Technician

Diploma Program: 36 Weeks

Get the necessary skills and training for network management and troubleshooting. Areas of study include MS DOS, Windows and Cisco network operating systems, LAN and WAN systems, troubleshooting, network architecture, and routing theory.

Upon completion of this program, you’ll have knowledge of internetworking systems, including protocols and proficiency in servicing and upgrading computers.
